22nd Single -
Feel so right AVCD-30296 Release date: 5th December 2001 1. Feel so right Feel so right, 22nd single for MAX. Feel so right is the ending theme for the Japanese anime, Captain Tsubasa (based on manga on football). We get much earlier preview on Feel so right, since Captain Tsubasa starts airing on TV after a short release of moonlight. The coupling song, Manatsu no Eve is a Christmas song, very nice and I liked it a lot. A rather disappointing sales on this single, ranked 17th on the first week of release.

21st Single -
moonlight (c/w Paradise Lost) AVCD-30260 Release date: 27th September 2001 1. moonlight 21st single for MAX, moonlight. Both of the songs in this singles bends more towards R&B. Needless to day, both these songs are featured as theme songs for 2 different TV shows for Tokyo TV. Identically like the previous single, Perfect Love, most MAX fans prefer the coupling song, Paradise Lost rather than moonlight. Indeed, Paradise Lost sounds much better comparing to moonlight. You'll need to listen a few more times to get attracted to the rhythm of moonlight, as Paradise Lost proves to be a more attracting song in this single. Ranked 13th on the Oricon singles sales chart on the first week of release.

20th Single -
Perfect Love AVCD-30229 Release date: 16th May 2001 1. Perfect Love The 20th single for MAX after 6 years, Perfect Love. Another composition from T2ya, after the success of the previous single, always love. Glad to see Nana and Lina taking in a heavier part in Perfect Love. Another new challenge for MAX themselves, as they supervise and directed both the PV and CM for Perfect Love. Perfect Love was the CM theme for Kacciao Car Magazine and also the theme for SPORTS MAX. Bible X X, the coupling song in this single sounds good too. Although not as "ear catching" as Perfect Love, a few rounds of listening will increase your attention to it. Ranked 10th on the Oricon singles sales chart on the first week of release.

always love AVCD-30205 Release date: 15th February 2001 1. always love Nice songs, nice album cover and a new try for MAX (can be said so), letting Mina to hold the the main part of singing. By the way, always love will be the ending theme for SPORTS MAX, a TV show from January till March. A very nice song, with a good dancing beat too. Just wanna lovin' you sounds great too, as Reina got a heavier singing part in this song (so did Nana and Lina). Highest ranking, 12th in the Oricon singles sales chart on the first week of release.

18th Single -
Barairo no Hibi (c/w Wired) AVCD-30144 Release date: 6th September 2000 1. Barairo no Hibi ( A more westernize song for MAX, Barairo no Hibi was actually 'Larger Than Life', a hit song from Backstreet Boys. It may sound weird for first timer when listening to it, but they give us much of a different flavour after listening to male vocal version of the song. They did a great job in this song, especially in their harmonizing through out the song. Along with this single, Wired is more of R&B, not a hit song, but it still sounds nice if you need something not too fast in tempo. Highest ranking in Oricon single sales chart, 11th.

16th Single -
Never gonna stop it AVCD-30076 Produced by MAX Release date: 16th February 2000 1. Never gonna stop it The first single produced wholly by MAX themselves, and the good news is, they wrote the lyrics of Never gonna stop it (the song part, the RAP part was written by Chino Katsu). Their first ever own written lyrics (each and every members participated in the writing of lyrics, and a finalize version after all the members agreed with the lyrics) and also, a single fully supervised by MAX themselves. A different style of music comparing to previous singles. A CM song for Kudamono Jelly & Yogurt CM. So special love and Get ready? are also 2 nice songs after a few times of listening, just like having a desert after a heavy meal. Soothing and cooling. Get ready? was also a CM song for Nikon Nuvis S2000. Good sales in Japan too, highest standing of number 9 in Oricon singles sales chart.

Isshoni... (c/w POWDER SHADOW) AVCD-30072 Release date: 25th November 1999 1. Isshoni... ( A first non-dancing single for MAX, and is a plan of MAX to release a single that have some connection with Christmas (they are planning for a Christmas single after the release of MAXIMUM COLLECTION). Isshoni.. was also the song that MAX sang in the 50th NHK Red White Kouhaku. After the success of Ano Natsueto and Natsu yo Saite, PIPELINE PROJECT again, composed both Isshoni... and POWDER SHADOW for MAX. A very good single, one of my personal favourite. POWDER SHADOW was also a good song. By the way, Isshoni.. was used in Nikon Cool Pix 800 CM and also a skating championship CM (International Open Figure). The sales of this single reached over 300,000 copies and had the highest standing of number 8 in the Oricon singles sales chart in Japan. Also to mention, the first single for MAX to be in normal CD disc size. All the singles from MAX previously are in 8cm disc form.
